He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Halley and Lucy Halley; his siblings, Rosalee Beaver, Mary Fitzpatrick, Ruth Halley, Norma Shaver, Lula Green, Franklin, Everett and Paul Halley; and his grandson Lewis Bryant.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tabitha Halley and Amber McCallister; his grandchildren, Alexis Moyers, Khileel Bryant, KeyShawn Wilson and Octavia Wilson; and his sisters, Arlene Hornsby, Patricia Beaver, Christine Montgomery and Karen Siders. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
