He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jim Fraley and Louise Fraley; his siblings, Deborah Fraley, Jeff Fraley and Dianne Fraley; and his children, Candice Luts (Randar), Trace Fraley (Meghann) and Margo Bullion (Tyler). He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Phillip Fraley Memorial Fund, to further youth education in technical fields, PO Box 279, Winfield, AL 35594.
