He is survived by: his children, Tiffini Swain Bostic (Brett) of Gallipolis, Billy Swain (Tabby) of Crown City, Jackie Swain of Gallipolis and Brady Swain (Amanda) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Hailee Koeckert (Matt), Maggie Malone (Kevin), Ethan Swain (Mercadies George), Grant, Heidi and Memphis Swain; his great grandchildren, Brettsen Malone and Hunter Salvo; his siblings, Karen Gooldin of Mt. Sterling, Jennine Wood (Willie) of Gallipolis, Darla Smith (Greg) of Gallipolis, Nick Swain (Lynn) of Crown City and Kevin Swain of Crown City; and his caregiver Tasha Roush.
