Hively III (Sarah) of Gallipolis and Levi Hively of Gallipolis, Ohio; his grandchildren, Lilly, Andrew, Mallick, Chris and Isaac Breck; and his siblings, Nancy Campbell (J. D.), Jane Akers, Bruce Hively and Brian Hively (Heather). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
