She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin "Shorty" Caldwell and Florence Hayner Caldwell; her spouse Okey Martin; her son Okey Eugene Martin of Gallipolis; her siblings, Francis Hayden, Maxine Jones, Janet Cox, Ann McClain, Pauline Taylor, Jewel Caldwell, Marie Spires, Calvin Jr. Caldwell, Robert "Bob" Caldwell, Marlin Caldwell, Earl Caldwell, Ferrell Caldwell and Leroy Caldwell; her granddaughter Judy Lee Johnson; and her daughters-in-law, Linda Martin and Sharon Martin.

She is survived by: her children, Dean Martin (Kathy) of Gallipolis, Dallas Martin (Mary Ann) of Gallipolis, Rick Martin (Molly) of Gallipolis, Donald Martin (Robin) of Kerr, Darlene Cox (Randy) of Gallipolis, Diana Johnson (Gary) of Gallipolis and Delorse Martin of Gallipolis; her siblings, Brenda Jackson (Arnold) of Bidwell, Charles Caldwell (Ruby) and Frank Caldwell (Wilma) of Bidwell; and her sister-in-law Opal Caldwell of Bidwell. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
