We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2021, at the age of 85, Inis Pugh Parsley of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Bare Hall and Reed Farrington; her former husband Albert D. Pugh; her husband Carl L. Parsley; her siblings, Marvin Hall and Winnie F. Viers; her niece Karen Viers Blevins; her nephews, Allen Viers and Pete Hall; and her stepchildren, Shirley Baisden and Terry Parsley.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Pugh Greer (David) and Terry Allen Pugh (Tiny J. C. Pugh); her granddaughters, Cindy Dyer (Jesse) and Amanda Harvey (Ryan); her stepdaughters, Lora Campbell (Lenny), Phyllis Thompson (Greg), Rhonda Preston and Jennifer Crum; and her daughter-in-law Betty Taylor. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
