She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Jennings and Ruth M. Saunders Halley; her siblings, Sandra Ella Halley and Allen Brent Halley; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Halley and Ron Wills.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Puckett (Roger) of Bidwell, Karen Wills of Gallipolis, Pam Swain (Jim) of Crown City, Ohio, Vickie Willford (Van) of Crown City, Ohio and Kent Halley (Christine) of Bakersfield, California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
