He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Carl and Nora Elizabeth McMillin (Chapman); and his sister Ruth Vargas. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Ramey (Charles Spence) and Barbie Rickard (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Taylor Ramey, Josie Ramey, Cody Siders, Blake Siders, Keegan Rickard, Elizabeth Blazer and Kail Blazer; his siblings, Thomas Donnally, Carl McMillin, Bob McMillin, Joe McMillin, Jean Kelly (Mike), Palm, Elizabeth Donnally, Norma Yates (Robert) and Janice Ball (Greg); his nephews, Robert Yates and Chris Jackson; and also Jacob Blazer (Shelley).
