He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Foster and Retha Elliott Foster; and his sister Vivian Caldwell. He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Cremeens and Margena Johnson; his wife Carol Albers; his friend George Kotalic; his children, LuAnn Foster, Jill Foster and Jack Foster (Nokey); and his grandsons, Grant Foster, Josh Fitzpatrick and Justin Fitzpatrick (Lindsey). He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; and many devoted nieces and nephews.
