He is survived by: his wife Mary Higgins Stover; his children, Rachel Gleason, Doug Stover (Jackie), Shane Stover and Ricky Gleason; his grandchildren, Linsey Stover (Ethan), Josh Stover, Abi Howard (JR), Owen Weethee, Orilee Weethee, Victoria Ufer and Bryson Ufer; his great grandchildren, Isaac Weethee, Ariya, Easton and Everly Adams; and his pet Mollie. He is also survived by 3 sisters and 2 brothers and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home (810 2nd Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
