He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Frazier and Alice Adrienne Hoover Frazier; and his brother Bruce Frazier. He is survived by: his sister Mindy Allie Waugh (Charlie Waugh) of Gallipolis; his niece Elizabeth Allie of Gallipolis; his caregiver Scott Efaw of Bidwell, Ohio; and his friend Jeff Spaulding of Gallipolis.
