With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glida Evelyn Noble of Gallipolis, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2024 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Dunlap Nunn and Norris Nunn; her husband Cecil Kenneth Noble; and her sister Barbara White. She is survived by: her children, Cecil "Willie" Noble (Diane) of Gallipolis and Vikki Williams of Gallipolis; her sister Lynn; her brother-in-law Gary Tenney of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Cody Noble of Laurel, Maryland, Kaylee Patrick (Jesse) of Gallipolis, Katelyn Birchfield (Chris Evans) of Columbus, Ohio, Tyler Noble (Kia Casey) of Bidwell, Trey Noble (Hannah) of Fort Meade, Maryland, Kallie Birchfield of Thurman and Kasey Birchfield (Josh Marcum) of Thurman; and her great grandchildren, Capri Noble, Sawyer, Kase, Mac Patrick, Kyllen, Kaleigha Casey, Ella, Maggie, Annie, Hayes Noble, Cooper Briggs and Declan Patterson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home (810 2nd Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
