He is survived by: his wife Ruby Plymale Kinder; his children, Patricia Queen (Freddie) of Crown City, Debbie Ellis (Craig) of Gallipolis and Mark Kinder (Diana) of Shade, Ohio; and his brother Charles T. Kinder of Bidwell, Ohio.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
