It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary R. Taylor of Gallipolis, Ohio, born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on August 25, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Kennith R. Taylor and Audrey Slinde Taylor; his wife Leisa Schilling Taylor of Gallipolis; his children, Eric Taylor (Anne) of Williamstown and Katie Shawver (Sam) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Braxton, Luke, Josie Taylor, Zane and Nora Shawver; his brother John Taylor (Jenny) of Gallipolis; and his nieces and nephews, Mandy Taylor, Kelly Richards (Aaron) and Casey Taylor (Macie).
Friends may call from 5:00-8:00 p. m. on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the funeral home; a Masonic Service will follow the visitation Saturday at 8:00 p. m. Those attending are asked to follow CDC guidelines and Ohio mandates of practicing social distancing and wearing face masks.
