She is survived by: her husband Harold; her sons, David M. Hayes of Gallipolis and Chris Hayes (Corrine) of Apple Valley; her grandsons, Joshua Hayes of Tempe and Dylan Hayes of Bidwell; and her siblings, Judy Bailey (Scott) of Crown City, Kay Easton (Jackie) of Bowling Green and Michael McBride of Checotah.
