He was predeceased by: his parent Ernie Mayhorn; and his wife Grace Yvonne Mayhorn (Thomson). He is survived by: his parent Juanita Bryant (Kirk); his sisters, Bertha Ward (Charles) of Henderson, Rita Bryant (James) of Harts, WV and Sharon Sturgell (Olus) of Laurel, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Charlie Ward, Bill Isaacs, Virgil Hudson, Tammy Smith, Jennifer Murray and Johanna Hudson.
