She is survived by: her parents, Nathan Clark and Nichole Clark; her siblings, Kaylie, Carter, Lily, Abigail and Grace; and her grandparents, Cindy Clark, Suzanne Cook, Antone Lee Clark and Stephen Lew Cook. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

According to CDC Guidelines and recommendations, Social Distancing Protocol should be observed, and face coverings are required.
