She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Kingery and Ima Jean Lucas Kingery; her husband Randy Rothgeb; her son Terry "Shag" Rothgeb; her brother-in-law Carlos Swisher; her parents-in-law, Betty and Bo Rothgeb; and her brother-in-law Fritz Rothgeb.
She is survived by: her son Todd Rothgeb (Beverly) of Langsville, Ohio; her grandchildren, JoBeth Bowcott (Eric) of Gallipolis and Nathan Rothgeb of Langsville; her great grandchildren, Logan and Josie Bowcott of Gallipolis; her siblings, Pat Swisher of Gallipolis and Wedzel Kingery of Bidwell; her sisters-in-law, Linda Rothgeb of Florida and Becky Newell of Pomeroy; her close friend Tim Bailey of Gallipolis; and also Donna Stevens (John). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Libby's name to Good News Baptist Church, 4045 Georges Creek Road, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631.
