She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland L. Walters and Betty J. King Walters; her husband Roland L. Dovenbarger; and her former husband Joseph Roy Neal. She is survived by: her children, Roland "Bub" Dovenbarger (Cindy) of Vinton, Ohio, Staci Hampton (Zach) of Gallipolis, Amanda Walker (Mike) of Gallipolis and Candy Dovenbarger of Gallipolis; and her grandchildren, Hayleigh and Noah Dovenbarger. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and four step children.
