She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Waugh and Ruth Waugh; her siblings, Matilda Katherine Waugh, George Richard Waugh and Grover Lee Waugh; and her siblings-in-law, Sherman Criner, Charles Pinkerman, Lois Waugh and Mary Lou Waugh.
She is survived by: her spouse William Stapleton; her children, Beverly Wray (Steven) of Gallipolis, Steven Stapleton (Sally) of Crown City and Betsy Brooks of Columbus; her grandchildren, Bradley Rose (Misty), Derek Rose (Jessica), Adam Stapleton (Merisa) and Andrew Rose (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Dalton Rose, Logan Rose, Cole Rose, Madie Rose, Ethan Rose and Ben Rose; and her siblings, Paul Waugh, Francis Waugh (Sally), Ruth Ann Criner, Alice Pinkerman, Geraldine Cummons (Thomas) and Kathleen Rose (Joseph). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
