He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edgar and Georgia Ella Brake Dotson; and his brother Mikey "Mike" William Dotson. He is survived by: his siblings, Sassy Scissors, Margaret Frasier (Greg) of Scottown, Ohio, James Davet Dotson (Joy) of Gulf Shores, Ala and Reid Lee Dotson of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
