He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Spencer and Sarah Berry Spencer; and his siblings, Gomer, Randall Spencer and Virginia Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Sharon Spencer of Oak Hill, Ohio. and Tim Spencer of Oak Hill, Ohio.; his stepdaughters, Donna Muller (Matthew) of Gallipolis and Debra Davison of Jackson; his grandchildren, Lindsay Spencer and LeAnn Spencer; his great grandchildren, Braden Marcum and Shaylin Spencer; his stepgrandchildren, Sabra Clark, Grant Foster, Owen Davison, Aaliyah Davison, Olivia Muller and Evan Davison; and his siblings, Margaret Burnette, Eudora Vanscoy of Gallipolis and Roy Spencer of Richlands.
Those in attendance are asked to follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing and are required to follow the Ohio mandate of wearing face masks.
