She was predeceased by: her parent Donald E. Berkley. She is survived by: her parent Nora E. Spears Berkley; her parent-in-law Arthur McCoy; her siblings, Richard, Conrad, Johnny and Charla Rae; her husband David S. McCoy; her daughters, Susan Lynn Kingery (Dan), Lorri Lee Stalnaker (Tim) and Jill Kathleen Putney (Michael); her grandchildren, Nicholas Jerod Stalnaker (Jourdan), Mackinzie Brianna Huffman (Shane), Baleigh Jordan Armstrong and Christopher Adam McCoy (Jessi Ison); her great grandchildren, Cannon Bradley Neville, Berkley Mae Huffman, Peyton Morgan McCoy and Elliott Edward McCoy; her siblings, Donald Berkley, Mary Bradbury (Jim), Sandra Juniper, Virginia Lynn Mayes (Roger), Roger Berkley (Kathy), Sheila Whaley (Bob) and Phyllis Carr (Rob); and also, Mary Clonch McCoy and Baby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
