She was predeceased by: her parents, C. C. Cochran and Ethie Jane Donohue Cochran; her spouse Melburn C. Tackett; her stepson Charles M. Tackett; and her siblings, Helen Davis, Marie Hawkins Sheets, Ruth Burnette, Mildred "Betty" Davis, Darlene Warren Wright, Hope Burnett, Charles "Chod" Cochran and Raymond E. Cochran.
She is survived by: her former husband Lawrence I.; her stepson Lawrence V. Tackett (Peggy) of Gallipolis; her sister Doris Jean Beck of Gallipolis; her great-niece Dorothy Lu Duncan (Keith); and her niece Jane Ann Miller (Lewis). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
