He is survived by: his wife Joann Smith McQuaid; his children, Allison Martin (Matt) of Gallipolis and David McQuaid (Cindy) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Devan Martin, Daren Martin, David McQuaid Jr. and Bryan McQuaid; and his sister Leona Harrison of Columbus. He is also survived by two step-sisters, three step-brothers and several nieces and nephews.
