He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Bryan and Cora F. Vandergriff Bryan; and his siblings, Phyllis Burgess, Leo Bryan, Wilmer Bryan and Paul Bryan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lemon Bryan; his children, Pamela R. Bryan of Dunnellon, David G. Bryan, Jr. (Pam) of Gallipolis and Mark V. Bryan (Brenda) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Heidi Birchfield (Jamie), Jason Bryan, Jared Bryan (Jessica), Christopher Bryan, Deanna Gilliland (Scott), Trevor Bryan (Courtney), Micaela Sawatski (Micah), Tyler Burnett and Chris Burnett (Courtney); his siblings, Jack Bryan (Suzi) of Tennessee and Elizabeth Treible (Ollie) of New Jersey; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Bryan of Columbus. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
