He was predeceased by: his parents, Don T. Bailey, Sr. and Clara R. Waddell; his former wife Gretchen S. Young; his son Christopher M. Bailey; his wife Barbara A. Copas; and his brother Don T. Bailey, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, D. Mitchell Bailey (Kano) of Tokyo, Daphne Hollingsworth (Derek), Sunny L. Rutan of St. Clairsville, OH, Dorothy Lollathin (Eric) and Bianca C. Bailey of Gallipolis, OH; and his sisters, Sandra G. Borrow of Cornelia, GA and Joyce W. Bailey of Ft. Myers, FL.. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
