He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer F. Notter and Frances Church Notter LeNoir; and his sisters, Sharon LeNoir and Beverly LeNoir Dillon. He is survived by: his spouse Girree Hunt Notter; his children, Russ V. Moore (Anita), Terri Moore Janey (Scott) and Mark Notter (Shelley); and his grandchildren, Tiata Moore, Caleb Janey, Noah Moore, Micah Janey, Hope Notter, Jonah Moore, Sophia Notter and Cadee Notter.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in memory of Dale to the Gallipolis Christian Church.
