She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan E. Slayton and Mary E. Casey Slayton; her husband Ronald E. Knotts, Sr.; her sons, Ronald Knotts, Jr. and Stephen Allen Knotts; her grandson Brian Knotts; her siblings, Dorothy Windsor, Anna Mosier, Maudie Gage, Louise Wilson, Sandra K. Slayton, Nathan Slayton, Jr. and William Slayton; and her children-in-law, Jodi Knotts, John Harless and Leonard Sutton.
She is survived by: her children, Kris Moore of Gallipolis, Donna Jean Harless of Gallipolis and David Lee Knotts of Gallipolis; her daughters-in-law, Lois Knotts of Point Pleasant and Sheila Knotts of Freemont; and her close friends, Margie and Fred Calvert. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
