She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hensley and Gertha Hensley (Frazier); her husband Rocky E. Frazier; and her siblings, Butch Hensley and Frances Bricker.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Shaffer of North Carolina, Michael Shaffer of North Carolina and Rocky Frazier; her grandsons, Cory Haines, Rocky Frazier III and Johnathan Frazier; and her sisters, Hattie Carter and Georgia Thatcher. She is also survived by many close friends and extended family.
