It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cody John David Johnson of Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, John W. Johnson and David E. Johnson; and his aunt Darlene Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, John D. Johnson and Summer Campbell Garcia; his children, River Johnson of Gallipolis and Kayson Johnson of West Virginia; the mothers of children, Kelsey Hilderbrant and Grayden Hammond; his brother Brendan Pompender; and his grandmother Linda L. Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
