He is survived by: his children, Dewey L. Rhodes (Regina) of Gallipolis, Sherry E. Carroll (Rocky) of Dixon, Jerry T. Rhodes (Cynthia) of Gallipolis and Brent C. Rhodes of Goldsboro; and his siblings, Gertrude King, Evelyn Clark and Talmadge "Bud" Rhodes. He is also survived by five grandchildren; several step grandchildren.
