It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charylene Skaggs (Gallipolis, Ohio), who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lee and Fay Beatrice Bales (Barton); and her husband Reverend Ernest Gene Skaggs. She is survived by: her children, Linda Simmers (Paul), Pamela Litchfield (John), Jerry Skaggs, Sherry Mann (Gary) and Rhonda Mollohan (Ed). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
