He is survived by: his children, Mitzi Patrick (Darrell) of Gallipolis, Chad Mayes (Kari) of Gallipolis and Stephanie Harris (Larry "Tee") of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Charles Daniel Patrick, Joshua Lee Patrick, Chase Jonathan Mayes, Kyle Edward Mayes, Ryleigh Jayne Halley, Sophie Grace Harris, Cooper Tee Harris, Natalie Shea Harris and Isabella "Izzy" Harris; his sister Joan Staten; his niece Molly Bing; and his great-nieces, Adalynn Bing and Jensen Bing.
