With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Smith (Gallipolis, Ohio), born in Mason, West Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Miller and Pearl Knapp Miller; her husband Lewis Harry Smith; her grandchildren, John Adam Shook, Elizabeth Grace and Ethan Perry McMasters; and her brothers, Bud and Johnny Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephannie Shook (Joe) of Black Mountain, N. C., Amy Summers (Richard) of Gallipolis and Tracee Smith of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Chris Summers (Miranda), Richie Summers (Crystal), Sarah Massey (Justin) and Dylan Shook; and her sisters, Nancy Martin (Russell) of Youngstown, Polly Myers (Richard), Alliance and Neb. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
