He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Arthurs and Beverly Arthurs; and his siblings, Melvin Arthurs, Cinthia McGuire, Rita Arthurs and Yvonne Case.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Arthurs of Gallipolis; his children, Lori Chapman of Columbus, Chassidy Arthurs of Gallipolis, Brian W. Arthurs Jr. (Kamman) of Middleport and Ryan Arthurs (Jarrica) of Gallipolis; and his siblings, Mark Arthurs (Mary) of Gallipolis, Ohio and Becky of Zanesville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
