She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Lora) of Brookville, IN., Alan Mantooth (Debbie) of Westminster, MD., Karen Shaw (Russ) of Bidwell, Rebecca Wells (Jason) of Gallipolis and Steven Smith (Missi) of Chillicothe; her daughter-in-law Janice Smith of Rushville, IN.; her sister Evelyn Shelp (Larry) of Seymour, IN.; and her siblings-in-law, Jeraldine Morgan of Greensburg, IN. and Jerry Wiseman of Greensburg, IN.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
