With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Rumley of Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on April 17, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Scott and Hazel L. Gothard Scott; her husband Marshall V. Rumley; and her brother Eugene Scott. She is survived by: her sons, Russell 'Don' Rumley (Joyce) of Gallipolis, H. Richard Rumley (Liz) of Gallipolis and John M. Rumley (Lisa) of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Deborah Harrison, Samantha Reese (Mike), Hannah Burke (Mike), Jacob Rumley (Jessica), Katy Clary (Ricky) and David Rumley (Emily); her great grandchildren, James D. Rumley, Tyler George, Jenna Burke, Derek Reese, Savannah Reese, Jared Reese, Isaac Clary, Addy Burke, Emma Clary, Olivia Clary, Carter Rumley, Avery Rumley and Grayson Rumley; and her great great grandchildren, Josslyn George and Maxine Rumley.
