She was predeceased by: her parents, William Crouse and Martha Crouse (Eblin); her daughter Carolyn Perry; her grandson Brian "B. J." Perry; and her siblings, Dorothy Mefford, Francis, Harley and Fred Crouse.
She is survived by: her husband James L. Davis; her son Ronald Davis (Melinda); and her grandchildren, Carrie Franklin (James), Misty Rose (Brad), Brandi Whealdon (Josh) and Justin Davis (Emily).
