We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Betty Darrelletta Bates of Gallipolis, Ohio, born in Louisa, Kentucky. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Betty Darrelletta Bates to show support.

She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Setser Jude; and her grandparents, Warren, Annie Jude and Sally Jude. She is survived by: her daughter Abby Lynn Bates; her father Darrell Jude; her husband Robert David Bates of Gallipolis; her son David Matthew Bates of Gallipolis; her sisters, Annie, Stephanie Maynard of Pilgrim, KY and Kimberly Wallace of Prestonsburg, KY; and her friend Nicole Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

All those attending are to wear masks, and follow social distancing guidelines.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Betty and Abby Bates Scholarship Fund.
