She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Hellen Flood, Ted Flood, George Woolum and Garnet Woolum; her aunts, MaryAnn Pauley and Rita McKibben; and also John Woolum Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Caudill; her son Waylon Reed; her parents, Gene Woolum and Pat Woolum; her sister Amy Hutchinson (Courtney); her nephews, Caleb Hutchinson, Josh Hutchinson, Jamie Montgomery and Aengus Montgomery; and her niece Emily Marie Hutchinson. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation at the WesBanco Jackson Main Street Office toward the newly formed Bethany Woolum-Caudill Scholarship Fund, which will be awarded to Jackson High School students who share Bethany's passion for music.
