He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sheppard Hart of Gallipolis; his children, Corey Hart (Emily) of West Chester, Ohio and Heather Hart Schuler (David) of Johnston, Ohio; his grandchildren, Harrison Rockwell, Lillian Hart, Owen Schuler and Olivia Hart; his sister Tammy Lane (Chuck) of New Haven; his nephews, Bradley Sheppard (Melissa) of St. Albans and Michael Sheppard of Buffalo; his niece Jennifer Crawford (Chris) of Hilliard, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Polly Huffman Sheppard of Point Pleasant and Lois Sheppard of Point Pleasant.
