She is survived by: her children, Violet Gardner of Thurman, Robert Hornsby (Leanna) of Crown City and John Hornsby (Christie) of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Kelsey Allerheiligen (Damian), Alicia Hornsby, Dustin Hornsby (Caitlyn), Olivia Hornsby, Sydni Hornsby and Sean Hornsby; her great grandchildren, Landon Allerheiligen, Aldon Allerheiligen, Khaleesi Gardner, Anavrin Hornsby, Caden Hornsby and Ariott Hornsby-Williams; and her sisters, Patricia Beaver (Ivan), Christine Montgomery and Karen Siders (Mark). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
