He is survived by: his children, Alvin "Al" Blake (Joyce) of Obetz, Ronald Blake (Cindy) of Columbus, Linda White of Gallipolis, Deborah Blake of Gallipolis and J. Scott Blake (Amy) of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Steve, Brian, Kyle, Nicole and Emily; and his brother James Blake of Arizona. He is also survived by six great granddaughters; one great grandson; one great great granddaughter.
