He is survived by: his wife Morgan; his daughters, Isabella and Addison; his parents, Denise Phillips and Scott Phillips (Amanda); his siblings, Austin (Tianna) and Miranda Lambert (Bret); his son Kim Cade (Rick); his brother Gearld Cade (Amber); and his nieces and nephews, Layne, Bryla, Sam, Will and Caroline. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Gallia High School (55 rebel Dr, Crown City, OH 45623).
