He was predeceased by: his parents, George Willard and Lucille Mackey (Vaughn); his daughter Janeen Clark; his siblings, Donald Mackey and Patricia Garverick; and his brother-in-law Lloyd Garverick.

He is survived by: his wife Alice A. Mackey (Stahl); his sons, Michael Mackey (Wade) of Minneapolis and Dana Mackey of Mansfield; his son-in-law Don Clark (Deb) of Galion; his grandchildren, Miranda Kennedy (Bill) of Upper Sandusky, Travis Clark (Kari) of Galion, Eric Clark of Dublin and Matt Clark of Bluffton; and his great grandchildren, Rowen, Brynn, Hudson, Oaklyn Kennedy, Camryn, Canaan, Cali and Wells Clark.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Christian Church in care of the funeral home.
