She is survived by: her children, Crystal Amick of Galion, Douglas Randolph (Rhonda Slone) of Galion and Dustin Blankenship of Galion; her grandchildren, Destany Palaisa, Deshawn Randolph, Dymond Slone and Katelynn Blankenship; and her siblings, Kenny Jennings, Vicky Hodges of Bucyrus and Lori Balliett.
