It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Nadine Gibbs (Galion, Ohio), born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Green and Virgina Green (Hall); her son Darell Steinbarger; and her sister Janice Albright. She is survived by: her husband Nelson Gibbs; her son Michael Steinbarger of Galion; her stepchildren, Kandrea Dawson of Shelby and Scott Gibbs of Galion; her granddaughter Mary Dawson; and her siblings, Richard Green of Muncie, IN and Vicki Heath.
