She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd "Lefty" Forshaw and Kathleen "Memo" Obrecht (Queen); her husband Gerald "Jesse" James; her sons, Eric Cozad and Aaron "Scoby" Cozad; and her brother Floyd "DeDe" Forshaw.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Kyle James (Sheri) of Galion, Traci Whitcraft (Scott) of Charleston, TN, Edward Mulvaine of Galion and Eric James (Karen) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Meg Hampton (Chris), Alex James, Zach James, Kaleb Whitcraft (Rebecca), Caleb Wireman (Katie), Courtney Duncan, Tyler Wireman, Taylor Whitcraft, Brianna Marchant (Tember), Gabriella Farley (Tyler), Jordan Whitcraft and Kylee James; her sister Trudy Wood (Shan) of Leavittsburg; her daughter-in-law Geaine Cozad of Crestline; and her sister-in-law Claudia Bonen of Crestline. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
