It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nora Jane Montgomery of Galion, Ohio, born in Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Rapp and Leota Rapp (Hooker); her husband James Montgomery; and her sons, Delbert and Larry Montgomery.

She is survived by: her children, Lester Montgomery (Judy), David Montgomery, Edward Montgomery (Jan) and Lori Murphy (Scott); and her sister Helen Tepley. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
